Structure

Our format is based on the cycles of labor itself: between contractions, there is expansion. This is where the most essential work of labor lies. We want to incorporate these moments of pause for your rest, reflection, and integration throughout The Doula’s Doula mentorship.

We will meet on Tuesdays for two weeks of curriculum followed by one week of reflection, (repeated thrice over the 9-week mentorship). During reflection weeks we will center your expansion, using our time together to discuss any revelations you’re having, questions that have bubbled up, or any thoughts you’d like to digest as a group.

Outside of recorded zoom gatherings, mentees can continue engaging with the group and mentors on a private WhatsApp group.⁠
